Zidarich Green is 100% Vitovska, native to the Friuli region, and is made with minimal intervention to the fermentation process. After fermentation, the wine spends 13 months in old Slovenian oak barrels, unfined and unfiltered upon finish. Pay attention to bright citrus and floral notes, matched with juicy apricot and pear on the finish. One for the books, no doubt.
