A true representation of the soil. The Vulcanico is a combination of 13 different field blends (don’t ask us which), all grown on barren volcanic earth. Co-fermented with Azores Red, and laid on the side for extra contact with the lees. Goes down easy on warm summer evenings, and hell, any other evening.
